In August 2025, an aerial drone shot captures the remarkable progress of Chateau des Huguenots. Rising on Fresnaye’s slopes, Cape Town’s most exclusive ultra-luxury villas are visibly taking form, designed by Craft of Architecture with interiors by Mobius, priced from R39 million upwards.

May 2025 marks the foundation phase of Chateau des Huguenots in Fresnaye. With groundwork complete, Cape Town’s most exclusive ultra-luxury villas begin to take shape, crafted by Craft of Architecture and Mobius Interior Architecture, with prices starting at R39 million.

The journey toward Chateau des Huguenots has officially broken ground. In April 2025, excavation began on the slopes of Fresnaye, one of Cape Town’s most exclusive neighborhoods, laying the foundation for what will become three of the city’s most coveted residences.
